How are refunds processed?
  • Refunds take up to 14 business days once the item is received and approved
  • Funds will be returned to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
  • If your bank takes longer to reflect the refund, please contact them directly
Can I cancel my order?

Your order matters to us, and we do everything we can to ensure it’s processed and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been placed. Please check our Cancellation Policy for more information.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons, we aren't able to offer refunds for change-of-mind on all ear jewellery, as per our refund policy.

This ensures that any item you purchase is brand new, not a re-sale of a previously returned item and has never been worn or tried-on any ear.

We ask that you consider carefully before you purchase and feel free to ask us any questions you may have!

Do you offer warranty’s on the items?

Vaia is happy to offer a 2 year warranty* on all pieces. To begin a warranty claim, email us with your order #, photos (without photos, we can't help you) and a clear description of the damage. The warranty claim must be initiated immediately after noticing something is wrong. If the replacement piece is out of stock, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the amount initially paid for the item.

*Coverage includes:

  • Manufacturing defects

Does not include:

  • Lost jewelry
  • Normal wear and tear, including minor damage
  • Damage from misuse of jewelry or improper storage
