No. We are unable to ship your order to a parcel shop or a pick-up point. You are responsible for filling in a valid shipping address.

Customs and duties charges are determined by the destination country and their individual import regulations. They are unfortunately beyond our control and are not included in the prices on our website. They are the customer’s responsibility to pay.
Packages returned to us due to multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts or due to an insufficient address or any reason beyond our control will be issued a store credit (less initial and return shipping fees).
Returned parcels can be reshipped at customer request, however, a new shipping fee will incur.

Our clip-on earrings are almost all 100% hypoallergenic as no metal touches the ear! The clips are made from a high-quality flexible plastic resin, meaning the clips are latex-free and silicone-free as well.
The metal on the clip-on earrings is also hypoallergenic! Almost all of our earrings are made from hypoallergenic 316L surgical stainless steel, which less than 1% of the population with metal allergies is allergic to!

Our jewellery is made to last, and many of our pieces can handle the occasional splash thanks to their tarnish-resistant finish. That said, for the longest life and lasting shine, we recommend keeping your pieces dry whenever possible — especially near the ocean or in the shower.
It’s not just about care; wearing clip-ons in water also increases the risk of losing one.
We're going to be honest with you! There's no definitive "yes" or "no" answer as everyone's ear lobes have different pain thresholds and sensitivity levels.
But we are very confident in the comfort of all our clip-ons. Over the years, we have trialled and tested almost every clip-type there is. All Vaia pieces were designed with comfort in mind. We've chosen to use specific clip types on purpose, in hopes that our clip-ons will bring you the perfect balance between comfort and style.
Our primary materials are sterling silver (925) and stainless steel.
- Stainless steel is known for its durability, scratch and tarnish resistance, hypoallergenic nature, and eco-friendliness (100% recyclable).
- We love sterling silver for its lustre and hypoallergenic properties. It is also chosen for most of our ear cuffs due to its softer quality making it adjustable to your ear.
- Our gold designs feature a thick layer of 18k gold plating over either stainless steel or sterling silver.
- Silver designs utilise high polished stainless steel or 925 sterling silver which is rhodium plated for enhanced brightness, durability and shine.
- Both stainless steel and sterling silver are notably kind to sensitive skin and unlikely to cause reactions.
Yes! They are designed to not only stay pain-free for all day wear, but also comfortable enough for all day wear!
They are designed to only come off when pulling down on them in order to remove them. However, if a lot of long hair gets caught in the clip and then is forcibly pushed back while still caught in the clip, this can simulate the "pulling down" motion that is designed to take them off. Please be careful if hair gets caught in them, be sure to remove it gently and without excessive force. If you are having a rare issue with the earrings staying on, please contact us at wearvaia.com so that we can further investigate what is going wrong!
No piercings are necessary to wear our clip-on earrings! The clip is flexible and can be slid up on to the ear from the bottom. Alternatively, you can gently pull the back of the clip open to clip them on.
Place the earrings on a thinner position of the lobe and then gently slide the pieces down. The top of your lobe is naturally thinner, making it easier to manoeuvre the clip and avoids overstretching. Use both hands to gently open the clip. This prevents overstretching and keeps the clip strong.
Our clip-on ear cuffs work a little differently, being made from adjustable metal they simply bend open, you slide them on the ear where you want, and then gently squeeze closed to secure!

Clip-ons are suitable for everyone. Even if you already have pierced ears, you may want to try clip-ons if:
- Your ears are highly sensitive to certain materials
- Normal earrings irritate your ear

- You want to test out how a particular kind of earring might look on you
