No! They are super comfortable and can be worn all day without pain. They adjust automatically to your specific ear size for the comfiest fit (no squeezing or pinching!).

Yes! They are designed to not only stay pain-free for all day wear, but also comfortable enough for all day wear! However, if a lot of long hair gets caught in the clip and then is forcibly pushed back while still caught in the clip, this can simulate the "pulling down" motion that is designed to take them off. Please be careful if hair gets caught in them, be sure to remove it gently and without excessive force.
